Description

You will support the in-house development of a next-generation online banking platform through rigorous testing and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Agile development pods to validate test cases and results.
• Use AI-driven tools for test case development, automation, and documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing efforts and guide offshore testing resources.
• Contribute to innovation by exploring and applying new testing tools and methodologies.
• Ensure quality assurance practices align with product and design goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test engineering and automation.
• Strong background in retail banking or online banking.
• 6+ years of experience utilizing Selenium.
• Strong coding experience in Javascript or Java.
• Experience with AI tools for testing, such as Curser AI or Playwright.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proactive in identifying risks or improvements during the testing lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js.
