Description

You will own the test lifecycle for networking software, ensuring quality through functional, performance, and regression testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute sanity, regression, functional, and performance tests to validate software quality.
• Design and implement automated test procedures and scripts.
• Analyze, reproduce, and report defects within an Agile Scrum environment.
• Define and execute test strategies to meet release deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Prpl HAL-API validation, CD router Prpl compliance, and TR369 USP/TR181/TR069 Client validation.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and Prpl Mesh or Easy Mesh technologies.
• Proficiency in Wired and WLAN IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, including WPA2/WPA3, MU-MIMO, OFDM, Beamforming, Roaming, and MLO.
• Experience using traffic generators such as Spirent, Ixia, Chariot, or Veriwave.
• Proficiency with Wireshark for traffic analysis.
• Mandatory automation scripting skills using Python or Shell.
• Mandatory experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE, BTech, ME, M.Tech) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RFC2544, RFC2889, and RFC3918 testing standards.
