Description

You will own the quality assurance process for in-house and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test cases and scenarios to verify software functionality.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and measures for the division.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth performance.
• Determine and implement automated testing structures.
• Document all testing results to maintain quality standards within project teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of QA standard concepts, practices, and technologies.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks.
• Background working as a QA analyst.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end testing on complex software systems.
