Description

You will test and validate software applications for Positive Train Control (PTC) systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure software quality and compliance.
• Test and validate PTC software applications.
• Collaborate with development, systems engineering, and project management to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely software delivery.
• Analyze and troubleshoot defects and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing (test plans, test cases, execution, reporting, bug reporting).
• 5+ years of experience in software release regression testing.
• 2+ years of experience with PTC (Positive Train Control) software applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with IBM Jazz, Jenkins, Git, JIRA, WinSCP, PuTTY, and Wireshark.
• Any Graduate education.
