Description

You will manage end-to-end testing lifecycles to ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive testing efforts including test planning, creation, execution, reviews, and reporting.
• Analyze product and software requirements to perform gap analysis and minimize requirement defects.
• Develop and maintain the Design Traceability Matrix to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Review verification and validation reports to mitigate risks and ensure completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to discuss project status and clarify functionality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing and validation.
• Proficiency in test planning, test creation, and test execution.
• Experience with validation processes and requirement analysis.
• Ability to develop user behavior models for performance tests.
• Competency in using bug tracking and test case management tools.
• Provide architectural input on new and existing QA and testing solutions.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
