Description

You will execute software testing using formal methods across telephony and networking hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform baseline, integration, system, and regression testing to support research and development.
• Analyze large log data sets and software test results, documenting findings clearly.
• Create technical documentation including test plans, procedures, requirements verification traceability matrices, and summary reports.
• Develop and build lab environments by integrating new and legacy technologies into existing network configurations.
• Manage discrepancy reports identified during the testing process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a test engineer developing and executing test scripts for complex systems.
• Strong Python programming experience.
• Proficiency in creating regular expressions for searching and analyzing data sets.
• Experience designing test scenarios to support the creation of test cases and procedures.
• Ability to manage priorities and adjust schedules to address unexpected technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline (or four additional years of related experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins, PyTest, SPLUNK, Linux, or Agile environments.
