Description

You will oversee the end-to-end transition process and delivery of transition program capabilities. You will manage the wider transition team, including internal resources, third-party suppliers, and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop transition plans and respond to RFPs and RFIs to support the sales team.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in line with global methodology.
• Establish governance organizations and communicate program performance to both client and internal stakeholders.
• Control risk governance, quality assurance, and issue resolution across workstreams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in transition management or PMO roles.
• Proven experience in IS transition.
• PMI PMP or ITIL certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of project management processes and transition methodologies.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape and trends within the outsourcing environment.
