You will lead quality assurance efforts for GenAI applications and automation frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer quality and process improvement best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Manage quality gates and checkpoints from initiation to completion.
• Apply contextual comparison methodologies to validate LLM outputs.
• Drive process improvements, assessments, and audits to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Implement automated testing suites to support continuous integration.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience as a Test Engineer or SDET professional.
• 2+ years of GenAI testing experience, specifically with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python for advanced test automation.
• Experience with Amazon frameworks including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Kendra.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, including quality controls and audits.
• Practical experience with Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree required.
