Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for in-house and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios by translating business and functional requirements into actionable steps.
• Perform system, regression, and load testing to ensure applications meet business requirements and system goals.
• Analyze formal test results to identify and resolve defects, bugs, deployment issues, and interoperability flaws.
• Identify candidates for automation and use appropriate tools to automate integration and user interface tests.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure QA standards are met, including unit testing and quality coding practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA standard concepts, practices, and technologies.
• Experience with end-to-end testing practices for both custom and COTS solutions.
• Ability to analyze technical architecture and documentation to determine intended functionality.
• Proficiency in defect reporting and communicating test progress to stakeholders.
• Experience performing system, regression, and load testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical testing issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
