Test Engineer IOS-XR

You will design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for IOS-XR networking products.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases specifically for IOS-XR networking products.
• Perform detailed testing of telemetry technologies including gnmi and grpc.
• Validate routing protocols such as BGP and ISIS.
• Troubleshoot complex networking issues and provide detailed reports on test results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer with a focus on IOS-XR.
• Proficiency in Python and Go for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols, specifically BGP and ISIS.
• Hands-on experience with telemetry technologies including gnmi and grpc.
• Experience using test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for complex networking environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining automated test scripts.
