- Coding skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Playwright are acceptable, with no specific preference.

Interview Process and On-site Requirement
- Two-round interview process: initial screening with Ivy and team lead, followed by a second round with the team and a senior developer.
- The position is based in Chicago and requires 5 days on-site.
- The role is contract-to-hire, converting to a Senior Performance Engineer (602).

4–8 years’ experience

Strong JMeter/Blaze Meter hands-on

Writes scripts in Java/Python

Understands system architecture (not just testing)

Has worked in payments / fintech / banking (big plus)

Skills (Nice to have):

• LoadRunner
• Some automation experience
• AWS experience
