Description

You will perform end-to-end device testing for mobile products across live and lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for 2G, 4G-LTE, VoLTE, and 5G mobile device functionality.
• Perform log analysis using QXDM and ETL tools to investigate network and device behavior.
• Identify and document defects within JIRA and ALM-QC, providing OEMs with necessary logs and screen captures.
• Conduct exploratory testing and support defect resolution through joint sessions with OEMs.
• Report daily and weekly testing status updates to Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Android and Apple mobile device testing.
• Hands-on experience testing 2G, 3G, 4G-LTE, LTE-Data, VoLTE, and 5G.
• Proficiency in log trace analysis using Qualcomm and MediaTek tools like QXDM and ETL.
• Experience testing mobile application call flows, UE capabilities, and email configuration.
• Ability to perform call handover and exploratory testing.
• Experience with defect management tools including JIRA and ALM-QC.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of 3GPP, GSM, and VoWiFi testing.
