Test Engineer

You will manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and test execution processes for enterprise ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements collection and validation processes using BABOK or PMI-PBA frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test scripts, test plans, and to-be process flows.
• Manage the import of test scripts into SpiraTest RM and coordinate with vendors.
• Build and manage regression test processes using Rapise.
• Perform development activities for APIs and custom functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst preparing requirements for enterprise ERP projects.
• 5+ years of experience preparing user test cases and scripts from requirements.
• Proficiency in requirements management, test case development, and defect tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of BABOK, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing tasks within Sprints.
• Technical skills in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Java, and Python.
• Ability to document processes and automated systems using business systems analysis fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivalua procurement application.
• Experience with regression testing tools.
