Description

You will manage testing processes for telecom and datacom products in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test instructions and procedures for various test environments.
• Support multiple concurrent projects through complex testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues to resolve critical shipment impacts.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and partners to ensure project alignment.
• Apply knowledge of high-speed PCBAs and mechanical manufacturing processes to testing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW.
• Experience programming in C.
• Knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols.
• Working knowledge of PCBAs and mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to travel annually to Taiwan, Vietnam, or other international locations.
• BA/BS in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL, Git, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with National Instruments LabWindows/CVI.
• Knowledge of POTS, video/RF circuits, or fiber optics.
