Description

You will manage validation activities and coordinate test execution within the Test Validation department.

Responsibilities

• Align validation activities including equipment readiness, test preparation, execution, and results analysis.
• Review and release test reports to provide recommendations for engineering release approvals and project milestones.
• Prepare and adapt test scripts for automation testing involving CGs, OTA, and ECU functional verification.
• Support environmental and EMC test activities and track overall test progress.
• Support the Validation Project Lead with project office tasks and work breakdown structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or validation roles.
• Proficiency with Vector tools including CANoe and CANalyzer.
• Hands-on experience with CAPL scripting.
• Strong knowledge of CAN serial communications, vehicle messaging, and diagnostic service implementations.
• Knowledge of Automotive Ethernet (ETH).
• Experience with ECU hardware validation and qualification tests such as Design Validation and Product Validation.
• Competency using lab equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test racks like HIL benches or environmental test racks.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
