Description

You will manage system and integration testing processes across the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop master test plans, test cases, and schedules for individual development projects.
• Execute tests covering functionality, UI, regression, security, connectivity, performance, load, stress, and failover/recovery.
• Document test scripts and plans tied directly to project requirements.
• Track, report, and resolve defects, risks, and action items throughout testing cycles.
• Mentor project teams during the requirements phase to ensure testability and verifiability.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in System and Integration Testing.
• Proficiency in SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Experience with Selenium, JMeter, Jira, and Git.
• Strong background in test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and logical problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in the airline industry.
