Ensure application quality and alignment with development standards in a payment networks environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate large-scale systems across public cloud, private cloud, and bare metal environments.
• Develop automation tools and frameworks using Karate, BDD, dashboards, and alarms.
• Orchestrate deployment and maintenance of complex applications.
• Execute performance engineering for enterprise software architecture.
• Conduct code development, pull-request reviews, and daily support duties.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably with high-volume, low-latency transaction processing or real-time event streaming systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and Jenkins pipeline creation.
• Experience with JavaScript and Karate test frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and Postman.
• Knowledge of Kafka and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Spring Boot.
• Bachelor's (BS) in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Go, C++, or ESQL.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems like ActiveMQ or NATS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Foundry.
