Description

Analyze failure mechanisms in mechanical and electrical systems to develop and execute technical solution plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, perform risk analysis, and execute testing for electrification components and systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform wiring and connections based on electrical schematics.
• Collect and analyze test data using CANape.
• Lead diverse teams to achieve project goals and deliver timely results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing environments involving power electronics or AC/DC battery chargers.
• Hands-on experience using electrical diagnostic tools including multi-meters, amp meters, and megger testers.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Technical expertise in CANape for data collection and analysis.
• Strong background in design, testing, and risk analysis.
• Proven ability in project management and leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with manual hand tools for electrical assembly.
