Description

You will own in-circuit testing strategies and fixtures for PCB assemblies to ensure product reliability and quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop in-circuit test strategies and fixtures for PCB assemblies.
• Create and maintain test plans, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with design engineers to identify test requirements and improve testability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for test failures within a production setting.
• Perform reliability testing on testers and electronic products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronics testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with PCBA testing and top-level assembly testing.
• Proficiency using digital multimeters (DMM) and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with automated testing systems.
• Background in developing and executing test plans for manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Experience conducting root cause analysis in production.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve testing issues.
