Description

You will execute verification testing for electromechanical components and systems to ensure compliance with requirements and medical standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute verification test methods, protocols, and reports for components and systems.
• Design test cases including methodology, setups, equipment, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional testing on mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, and electromechanical systems.
• Analyze test data for conformance to acceptance criteria and document results in ALM.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rework of electromechanical systems.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Experience with electromechanical V&V testing, including plans, procedures, and reports.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM, and power supplies.
• Experience with force/pressure gauges, calipers, thermometers, flow meters, and scales.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.
• Hands-on experience with fault diagnosis and isolation.
• Experience using ALM for data recording.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical device compliance standards and risk evaluation.
