Description

You will focus on QA and troubleshooting across UNIX, Windows, and hybrid infrastructure environments. You own the test lifecycle from scenario design through defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design in-depth test scenarios for UNIX and Windows domains.
• Install, configure, and test software, hardware, networks, and technology tools.
• Monitor system performance and maintain configurations to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and networking or storage failures.
• Manage security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and NACLs.

Required Skills

• Troubleshooting experience in networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Configuration and analysis of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and protocols like FC and FCOE.
• Experience with public cloud IaaS and PaaS.
• Proficiency in automation using Shell or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with defect and test management tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security and performance testing.
• B.E. degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud experience.
