Description

You own the QA lifecycle across UNIX, Windows, and hybrid infrastructure, from test design through defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design in-depth test scenarios for UNIX and Windows environments.
• Install, configure, and validate software, hardware, networks, and technology tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues, outages, and failures in networking or storage.
• Monitor system performance and maintain configurations to meet requirements.
• Manage infrastructure security via access controls, backups, firewalls, and NACLs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years troubleshooting networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Configuration and analysis of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of SAN, NAS, and protocols like FC and FCOE.
• Experience with public cloud IaaS and PaaS.
• Proficiency in automation using Shell or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with defect and test management tools like Jira and Zephyr.
• B.E. degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud experience.
