Test Engineer owning hardware and process validation in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Execute structural testing using AOI, ICT, and AXI processes.
• Operate RF equipment, power supplies, and bench measuring instruments.
• Analyze test data including MSA, SPC, FPY, PRT, and test logs within MES.
• Validate product specifications, process flows, and test methodologies.
• Review BOM, AVL, product drawings, and change management (ECN/PCN).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test engineering or manufacturing validation.
• Hands-on proficiency with RS232, LAN/Ethernet, CAN, SPI, and USB communication protocols.
• Deep understanding of MSA, SPC, Test FPY, and PRT metrics.
• Strong grasp of basic electronics and mechanical concepts including jig fixtures and tooling.
• Ability to interpret DFT and testability studies.
• Proficiency in Windows systems and technical documentation review.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test database management and data analysis.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment integration.
