Description

You will execute manual and automation testing to ensure software quality and stability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-3 Junior QA engineers.
• Create comprehensive test cases by collaborating with the software development team to understand requirements.
• Participate in Agile-Scrum processes to provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage and report defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Maintain documentation for completed work and new feature developments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manual or automation testing.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for data testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC and DLC.
• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
• Ability to perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience working with large or high-profile clients.
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD frameworks.
• Security testing skills to identify vulnerabilities.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB certification.
