Description

Lead testing initiatives and execute quality assurance processes within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for QA processes and lead testing efforts.
• Execute test cases within the SDLC to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Manage defects and track progress using JIRA.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
• Proven experience in a leadership or lead role.
• Proficiency with Selenium for test automation.
• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience with QTP.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
