Description

You will own systems, client acceptance, and regression testing for the Empower Loan Origination System.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data.
• Manage defect tracking, bug reporting, and lifecycle management using JIRA.
• Test Empower integrations with third-party vendors including DataVerify, CMS, PXP-OFAC, and RealEC interfaces.
• Support Client Acceptance Testing (UAT) and demonstrate fixes to stakeholders.
• Research and solution production incidents and test functional requirements for Dark Matter’s Empower LOS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• Deep knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), specifically Empower LOS setups, workflows, and the Orchestration Engine.
• Hands-on experience with Empower ODS database.
• Expertise in testing integrations with DataVerify, CMS (appraisals), PXP-OFAC, Document Repository, and AIVA rules.
• Proficiency in Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Data creation.
• Practical experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, Quality Centre, or Azure DevOps.
• Testing experience in at least one module: pricing, document management, or product testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps or Quality Centre beyond JIRA.
