Description

You will own GenAI testing and automation within the Software Quality Assurance team, ensuring adherence to established practices and quality standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor programs and projects to ensure compliance with established practices, policies, and regulations.
• Review current standards and procedures to conduct assessments at program and project levels.
• Report findings and track non-compliance issues or improvement opportunities to closure.
• Provide recommendations for QA/QC standards from project initiation through delivery.
• Audit processes to determine maturity, usability, uniformity, and repeatability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Test Engineer or SDET professional.
• 2+ years of GenAI testing experience, specifically with LLMs and Contextual Comparison Methodologies.
• Strong automation abilities using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon frameworks including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and Kendra.
• Expertise in managing Quality Gates and Quality Checkpoints within the SDLC.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on audits and quality controls.
• Advanced functional knowledge of Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience executing Quality and Process Improvement best practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
