Description

You will conduct electrochemical tests on sensors and develop new methods to evaluate performance and reliability under the direction of a Sr. Scientist.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrochemical tests on sensors using specialized instrumentation on a bench setting.
• Develop and refine test procedures to assess the impact of parameter variations on test outputs.
• Prepare buffers, test baths, and manage test ladders using design of experiments.
• Record and analyze data, communicating results through daily spreadsheets and written reports.
• Maintain all testing activities within established safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Wet lab experience in an analytical chemistry or electronics lab environment.
• Hands-on experience using instrumentation for testing in a lab setting.
• Experience with test method development and drafting formal test procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and summaries.
• Ability to apply analytical thinking to understand how parameters affect outputs.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with electrochemical testing and Cyclic Voltammetry (CV).
• Proficiency with JMP and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience testing sensors, electrode materials, or batteries.
