Description

You will own ATE test bring-up within Silicon Operations, partnering with ASIC teams to characterize units, debug SerDes systems, and release test programs to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ASIC teams to bring up tests, characterize units, and release test programs to production.
• Manage high-volume manufacturing test and quality issues with Tier-1 OSATs.
• Drive component failure analysis, containment, and root cause corrective actions.
• Bring up, validate, and debug SerDes systems, including analyzing robustness and margins.
• Execute functional tests to ensure SerDes functionality meets specifications.

Required Skills

• MSEE or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in SOC/VLSI bring-up, production, characterization test, and product engineering.
• Expert working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester for characterization and production testing.
• Proficiency in writing code in C, C++, 93k test methods, Perl, and Python.
• Knowledge of test cell integration.
• Deep understanding of current trends in DFT and testing.
• Experience with SerDes system debugging and margin analysis.
• Strong technical communication and leadership skills to drive results across organizations.
