Description

You will own technical testing, partner support, and bug triage for network protocols and security mechanisms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth HTTP/HTTPS protocol testing, including header validation, status code verification, and API endpoint analysis.
• Verify SSL/TLS implementations, specifically chain of trust, expiration, revocation status (OCSP/CRL), and cipher suite compatibility.
• Analyze JWT-based authentication mechanisms, including token generation, signature verification, and common vulnerabilities.
• Triage and track high-priority bugs for premium partners, gathering necessary technical data for engineering teams.
• Support partner pre-launch QA by providing technical instructions and verifying issues locally on test devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in computer or software technology.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with enterprise customers in professional services, tech support, or product management.
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues through log analysis and network traces using tools like Wireshark.
• Strong programming or scripting skills.
• Experience with data analytics and project/program management.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly in written and verbal English.
• Hands-on experience with HTTP/HTTPS traffic and security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecommunications industry and networking infrastructure.
• Knowledge of mobile technology solutions, IP messaging, SIP, or RCS.
