Description

Execute application, feature, and protocol testing on mobile devices following 3GPP standards, including field testing in the GTA and Niagara areas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing to validate device performance and connectivity.
• Build test cases, test data, and prepare test environments for execution.
• Track defects, log issues, and upload test results promptly.
• Assist in preparing test plans, scripts, and QA support measures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and create documentation from test results.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in mobile device testing, preferably on Android.
• Knowledge of 3G/4G protocol debugging tools.
• Understanding of wireless technologies, communication, and networking.
• Experience with software quality assurance practices.
• Ability to debug lab and field issues related to connectivity and data throughput.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, and deliver projects on time.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Mobile Operators Testing processes.
