Description

You will develop an AI program to automate requirements and test case preparation, integrating Generative AI into existing test frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation scripts using Selenium with Python, leveraging AI models and LLMs for script creation, maintenance, and self-healing.
• Build solutions using Visual Studio Code, Python, and Databricks to harness Generative AI (e.g., GitHub Copilot) for improved coverage and efficiency.
• Integrate the existing Python test automation framework with AI-based solutions to enhance reliability.
• Ensure all AI scripts and programs are fully executable on postal-issued laptops within approved security and environment constraints.
• Train team members to execute, troubleshoot, and maintain AI scripts, and develop comprehensive training materials and documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of extensive experience developing automation tests in Selenium (TestNG).
• Strong proficiency in Python and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with Databricks and GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proven ability to plan, develop, and deploy automated test frameworks and scripts based upon BDD (Cucumber) / ATDD approach.
• Experience with Java/Ruby Automation Frameworks, including framework development.
• Experience with Build Processes using Jenkins or Cloud Management.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of specialized AI development experience in technology or software development.
• Experience with SOAPUI.
