Description

Lead the development and scaling of a global test engineering capability and center of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a testing center of excellence, managing complex activities across multiple portfolios at scale.
• Drive the transformation from manual processes to automated testing and modern methods like TDD and BDD.
• Develop and implement test strategies, architectures, and frameworks for entire functions spanning various projects.
• Establish governance and reporting processes to provide oversight and updates to executive management and stakeholders.
• Define the operating model for test engineering hubs to ensure strategic alignment across the organization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in testing or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale testing capabilities and complex portfolios.
• Expertise in transitioning teams from manual to automation-driven testing models.
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Ability to design test architecture and frameworks for enterprise-level functions.
• Proficiency in frameworks and UI/UX principles.

• Experience working in global, distributed teams.
