Description

You will lead quality engineering delivery for large-scale initiatives, defining testing strategies across data platforms, services, and UI layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies and plans for Data Migration, ETL Validation, Functional, Workflow, and System Integration Testing in S/4HANA environments.
• Manage all testing activities within Agile sprint cycles and coordinate tasks between onsite and offshore QA teams.
• Validate data mapping from legacy platforms to S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with data governance and integrity standards.
• Create test summary documentation and quality metrics to report on testing progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Development, Release Management, and Operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or strategy role.
• Deep domain expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules including FICO, ISU, MM, PM, and PS.
• Proven expertise in S/4HANA environments and data migration processes.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL testing and data querying techniques.
• Experience managing testing across multi-tiered application layers including Data, Services, and UI.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks and sprint-based testing management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools such as UFT, Selenium, or TOSCA.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration, deployment practices, and version control.
• Knowledge of insurance policy administration workflows.
