Role Overview:

This role is for a Test Lead with experience in Banking projects, specifically in peripheral testing and knowledge of Branch application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
• Compile and interpret reports.
• System analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects.
• Peripheral testing is a must.
• Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
• Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies, metrics, automated testing frameworks, and industry testing standards.
• Strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools like Git, Maven, Postman, SoapUI.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience
