Description

You will lead testing efforts for banking projects, focusing on peripheral testing and branch applications. You define process performance goals, compile reports, and handle system analysis and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define software process performance goals and measurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Compile and interpret testing reports to assess system quality.
• Perform system analysis, assessment, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Manage end-to-end functional and automated testing for banking domain projects.
• Utilize industry standards and metrics to drive testing quality.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects.
• Proven expertise in peripheral testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with HP ALM Quality Center.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence and JIRA for project management.
• Technical skills in Git, Maven, Postman, and SoapUI.

Preferred Skills

• 4-6 years of total professional experience.
