Description

Lead testing strategy and execution for large-scale software implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test cases, plans, and scenarios to ensure full coverage of user stories and use cases.
• Organize testing activities and provide technical input for project schedules.
• Prioritize, schedule, and track remediated defects using a defect log.
• Review vendor deliverables for testing protocols and execution, providing recommendations for approval or changes.
• Report testing status to project stakeholders and participate in functional testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing test plans and scenarios in large, complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience across the SDLC, specifically in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficiency using Jira for logging and tracking defects.
• Experience managing testing phases involving both technical and business staff.
• Ability to maintain working relationships with vendors, state business teams, and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale public sector or government software implementations.
