Description

Lead testing efforts for private equity and financial systems, executing methodologies across Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system, integration, regression, and UAT testing within private equity environments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to validate data integrity across relational databases.
• Manage test documentation, scripts, and version control using Git or SVN.
• Track progress and defects using JIRA and test management software.
• Generate testing metrics and outcome reports using Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of UAT, system, integration, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
• Ability to use Power BI for reporting testing metrics.
• Experience with JIRA and test management software.
• Knowledge of private equity systems, including deal flow and portfolio management.
• Understanding of financial instruments and market data.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
