Description

Lead testing efforts for ATM and credit card domains, owning the full testing lifecycle from strategy to execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute manual testing plans and test strategies for ATM and credit card systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers to ensure project goals and quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC processes across the entire testing lifecycle.
• Extract and clarify business requirements directly from end users to drive test coverage.
• Define, maintain, and optimize testing scripts using quality management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test management or testing leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATM testing and credit card project lifecycles.
• Proficiency with JIRA for test management, tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) methodologies.
• Strong background in implementing and enforcing QA/QC processes.
• Ability to manage and drive testing initiatives via quality tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
