Lead testing efforts for banking card and payment platforms, ensuring quality delivery through structured automation and manual testing strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and automation tool standards.
• Build, train, and manage teams of automation and manual testers.
• Analyze business requirements and specification documents to drive comprehensive testing efforts.
• Present aggregated testing views and metrics to senior management.
• Act as the primary escalation point for testers and manage tool availability.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of formal testing experience, including at least 4 years in a Test Manager role.
• Domain expertise in banking, specifically cards/payments platforms and ISO 8583 standards.
• Hands-on experience with transaction processing and testing web services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
• Proficiency with Postman and Swagger for API testing.
• Experience authoring test cases using Gherkin.
• Hands-on experience with Qtest for test case management and JIRA for project management.
• Exposure to UI and API automation using Selenium and Cucumber.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of automated configuration management, build processes, and requirement tools.
