Description

Lead testing efforts for the team, ensuring software quality through rigorous manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on product requirements and design documents.
• Execute detailed manual tests on new features, bug fixes, and regression suites, tracking defects to resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate quality status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong proficiency with Selenium for web application testing.
• Strong experience with Java programming language.
• Expertise in manual testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation testing frameworks.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and review for testability.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques.
