Description

Lead testing operations and strategy for power system products and embedded medical devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks for embedded medical devices.
• Execute system-level, integration, and element-level testing, including regression and validation.
• Lead go/no-go release decisions by assessing test results, coverage, and system stability.
• Guide and mentor test engineers while refining testing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve customer issues through root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing as a Lead, preferably in an R&D environment.
• 6+ years of experience in embedded medical device test automation.
• Proficiency in defining test strategies for MedTech products, embedded systems, mobile apps, and web apps.
• Experience with regulatory compliance testing for MedTech standards.
• Expertise in test automation for hardware-software integrated systems.
• Deep knowledge of Regression, Functional, Performance, Black Box, White Box, and Integration testing methodologies.
• Proven ability in test planning, scheduling, and task estimation for system releases.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in international and/or multi-site project development.
