Description

You will lead a team of testing consultants to manage project delivery quality for clients in the MEA region.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies, test plans, and test case specifications.
• Manage test resources and oversee the full QA project life cycle.
• Configure test environments, prepare test data, and write execution scripts.
• Execute test cases, document defects, and perform test coverage analysis.
• Lead and grow the technical capabilities of the testing consultant team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA) project life cycle management.
• Expertise in Data Warehouse, ETL, and Database testing.
• Advanced SQL scripting skills.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and defect management.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.
• Proficiency in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TFS, or ALM.
• Knowledge of configuration management and software engineering processes.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification.
• Knowledge of Star Schema, ODS, multi-dimensional models, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Experience with ETL frameworks, Change Data Capture, and DataMart.
