Description

You will lead QA delivery, manage testing teams, and oversee end-to-end defect lifecycles across multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define testing scope, strategies, and schedules for multiple project workstreams.
• Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including triage and resolution with clients and developers.
• Oversee day-to-day QA operations, delegating tasks and managing team performance.
• Handle project administration, including estimations, pricing, SOW creation, and RAID logs.
• Drive process improvements by implementing new tools, techniques, and standardized methodologies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a people manager leading teams of at least 4 members.
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Lead managing both manual and automation teams.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• KCSA and PMP methodologies knowledge.
• Ability to conduct audits on QA documentation and manage client-facing activities.
• Experience in resource management, including interviewing, hiring, and bench reserve management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and procuring testing tools, software licenses, and infrastructure.
