Description

You will lead QA delivery for the team, owning test strategy, execution governance, and stakeholder reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy planning and execution governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage test cases, execution, defects, and traceability within qTest.
• Configure qTest usage, creating dashboards and reports on coverage, status, and release readiness.
• Build Power BI dashboards to provide clear QA status trends and risk reports to client managers.
• Drive stakeholder communication, defect triage, and regular QA status reporting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA delivery.
• Strong Banking Domain knowledge.
• Expertise in qTest, including configuration and governance.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation for status and risk reporting.
• Experience with QA Delivery processes.
• Ability to ensure testing meets regulatory audit requirements with proper artifacts.
• Working knowledge of automation, specifically Selenium, to review coverage.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments.
