Description

You will lead testing strategies and execution for large-scale projects within the finance and banking domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed test plans, strategies, and estimates for large-scale projects.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams, providing mentorship and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Own the test process management, including planning, metrics collection, and progress reporting.
• Drive quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements through test metrics development.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through direct customer interaction and communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA, with 5-6 years in a Test Lead or Test Architect role.
• Technical proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for automated test scripting and execution.
• Expertise in BDD methodologies using the Cucumber framework.
• Proficiency using GitHub Copilot for automated test case generation and script development.
• Strong background in the finance, payments, and banking domains, including SCM.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and their integration with testing workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into build processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or other CI/CD tools.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
