Description

You will lead the quality assurance process by managing testing lifecycles and mentoring teams in automation and test execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish QA processes, best practices, and test design documentation.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle through manual and automated test execution.
• Mentor team members in automation, test case writing, and test management.
• Perform hands-on design and code reviews for test automation.
• Collaborate with international teams during sprints, scrum, and release planning.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, specifically with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Web and API testing using Postman.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Robot Framework.
• Strong scripting or programming skills in Python.
• Experience managing testing workflows in Jira, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Working experience in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and sprint planning.
• Experience with messaging protocols such as Kafka or MQTT.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
