Description

You will lead ETL testing projects and manage data quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ETL projects by creating and reviewing test scenarios and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to align ETL requirements with business objectives.
• Perform data validations and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data transformations.
• Identify and prioritize improvements in ETL processes and data quality with stakeholders.
• Mentor QA team members and coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL QA and testing.
• Expertise in ETL projects and data quality assurance.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple ETL projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and onsite/offshore coordination.
