Description

You will lead functional testing efforts to ensure project modules meet client and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and team members, using functional testing knowledge to understand specifications and highlight performance concerns.
• Develop and continuously enhance automated tests aligned with new system features and improvements.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks and develop comprehensive test strategies.
• Manage test data and prepare status reports to proactively mitigate risks and address escalations.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers on leveraging the testing framework to boost productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of functional testing concepts and methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (Selenium, Testng).
• Solid experience developing test plans, strategies, and frameworks.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of database testing and data validation practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) certification.
• Certification in Test Automation (e.g., Certified Selenium Tester).
