Description

You will lead functional testing efforts and own the quality strategy for project modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients to clarify specifications and identify risks.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks aligned with system improvements.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium and TestNG.
• Manage test data, prepare status reports, and proactively address escalations.
• Mentor QA engineers on leveraging the testing framework to boost productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools, specifically Selenium and TestNG.
• Strong understanding of functional testing concepts and methodologies.
• Solid experience developing test plans, strategies, and frameworks.
• Good knowledge of database testing and data validation practices.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) certification.
• Certification in Test Automation (e.g., Certified Selenium Tester).
